after depositing 18000TRX, I was unable to access my account for reasons unknown to me. After I contacted their support, I was told I got locked out because I tried to access my account from a different device which is unknown to their system server, Now I am required to deposit exactly what I have as my balance. I smell a foul play and the handwriting on the wall speaks volume more of a possible scam.
