Please do not sign up to any social media advertised trading platforms claiming to be associated / recommended by Martin Lewis (unless he himself announces this). I was contacted by a so call financial adviser who stated she has a PhD from Florida (more like a PhD in being a con artist!). She name herself Isabelle Mayer or Issy if her parents are angry at her. She even promised me a trip to Dubai!!! It went from a very friendly conversation to a romance scam. Isabelle told me about her life that she obtained a Phd in Florida in finance, that she is from Amsterdam (mum) and Dad from USA. The conversation became so personal to the point that she told me her mother had cancer and she had to take time off, telling me that she will help me to overcome my mental blockage to invest and that it is safe. When I asked her to prove me that I can withdraw my profit she did so, but it was ‘dummy’ deposit as by the time they took more money from me Binance, confirmed that she instructed Binance ‘not to honour that deposit’!!!.
