Booked a car in Jan 2022 for August that year. Cancelled in ample time to get a refund, got automated confirmation but never received my refund. It’s been over a year of chasing the refund and they’ve been sending me around in circles just to avoid making the payment. It’s been hours of emailing, calls, going to the bank to get requested documents which they then ignore. Very upsetting. Doyouitaly are scam artists, please search out the multiple other people who have posted the same issue online before engaging with this company. DON’T give these scammers your money, it’s not worth it!!
