This company committed fraud by misleading me into believing I was on the hotel’s own website. When I had to change my reservation I called the hotel and that was the first time I ever heard of this company. I called them in the Philippines I discovered and they absolutely flat refused to change the reservation to a different night. They committed theft by lying and telling me their system was incapable of processing a reservation change. They then absolutely refused to give me a refund saying I had agreed to their cancelation policy. I have reported them to the FTC along with my credit card company who allowed them to perpetrate this fraud and theft.
