Well to start off they give you one price and they charge a higher cost. I immediately called to cancel the order and got no response from my calls and emails. Lo and behold I get a email after it was shipped. Now I was sure I will have to pay return shipping and a stocking fee. I was correct. this is what I was told. If there ever was a company that that falls under the category “Scam Artists” its these people. Plus they do a bait and switch. Online they were rated the top of the line Portable Blender and this is a Knockoff. Date of transaction 2/5/2023
