SCAM SCAM SCAMThey sent me an email stating that if I followed the link and purchased online today only, I’d get free delivery for life. So I purchased flowers to be delivered and then waited for my confirmation email. No mention of free delivery for life. When I called, I told them I read all the fine print (which I had!) and wanted a confirmation of free delivery. I was then told that I had to make a second purchase AND pay a 1 time fee of $19.99 in order to get the free delivery for life. Not ONE mention of this in the ad. Or on the website!I purchased through them years ago – they didn’t deliver the flowers, then apologized and promised a redelivery and a credit, neither of which happened. I told myself I would never purchase through them again. It’s been 5 years – I assumed things had changed. WRONG! TLDR: This company is a complete scam – they will charge you and never deliver the flowers, they implement bait-and-switch methods and never deliver on their promises. Wasted money and time.
