I booked hotel in New Delhi and my order number was 4473045662 from 07 to 08 Feb 2023 as they shown cheaper price. When I went to Hotel no booking was there. I had to rebook hotel with double price.I called their chat customer care for refund. They told me in 2 days refund will come but nothing happened.As I got email today on 13 Feb 2023 that refun cannot be there as booking was there and it’s a complete lie. I spoke to hotel again and they gave written no booking is there from Klook. It’s a complete fraud website. Even after hotel confirmation that no booking is there still they refused refund.I wonder why google don’t block such companies.
