response to reply: I agreed to purchase a MEAL PLAN not a monthly app subscription! That is the part where you charged me without my consent. This is bogus and beyond fraudulent. They kept charging my card on a reoccurring basis even though I was misled into thinking it was a one time fee. When I complained they didn’t care and talked about how I “agreed” to it even though I NEVER intentionally agreed to be billed monthly. I will be disputing this withu credit card. Product is garbage along with the customer service.
