They are thieves and scammers!I signed up for their affiliate program and referred a few very large clients, just to test it out at first.Kraken took several thousands of Euros in fees and gave me nothing, even though I am supposed to receive at least 20% of these fees!When I contact them they dare to say that it’s my fault because my clients didn’t register through my link, while I personally did their registrations… so, of course, they used my link!Anyway, the affiliate program director, Shannon TANG, dares to say that there is nothing she can do blah blah blah…Do not work with this exchange they are thieves and scammers!EDIT AS REQUEST BY KRAKEN SUPPORT: my Public Account ID is AA82 N84G K5MG 2VLQ, I had a ticket ID at the beginning (4891359) but the bulk of the problem and communication was quickly passed on to David BAREL and Shannon TANG as affiliate program managers, through direct email communication, outside of the initial ticket I made.
