MTC wouldn’t deliver my gamecode, for couple days.Tried to reach customer service on telegram and WhatsApp, for TWO WHOLE day, the different persons would tell me to wait … indefinitively.At this point, it felt like talking to a wall while being scamed, I would’ve give 1 star only.Yet on the final day of this horrible experience, another person on telegram, named Julian, solved the problem in about 30mn and we figured this out. Very professional and nice person.So,MTC = 1 starJulian = 5 starsWasn’t my first time with MTC, might be the last tho.
