Complete scamAvoid at all costs – we tried to book an apartment here for London in January 2023. In our experience trying to book several different apartments, 90% of the listings are actually unavailable, and the calendar on them hasn’t been updated in months, sometimes years. We eventually did book one, after a world of hassle, but in very tiny print they stated “special booking policy, full payment needed”. Very unclear. Turns out they expected 16,000 GBP upfront for the 6 months we tried to book for. We couldn’t’ do this, naturally, as most people wouldn’t be able to, and they penalized us by keeping our deposit of £780. Don’t waste your time or money.
