Worst experience ever! Save yourselves the money and heartache. Do not use this third party booking website. Flight was cancelled due to airport issues. I tried to contact customer support to try to get rerouted on three occasions. First they told me I need to contact the airline although they sold me the ticket. Three times was on hold for over an hour and a half only to be passed from department to department with absolutely no help at all. Every “customer service agent” told me it was not in their department. They did not even try to help me. First and last time I ever buy my tickets from this fraudulent “travel agent”
