Terrible company…. Same issues as all other reviewers. Please avoid and do not take out a contract . Initially all seems good and they paid the rebates but now they have stopped paying and owe me 7 months of rebates. I have left support tickets and no response and live chat always seems closed. O2 are not in a position to help as they claim the contract is with them but O2 should claim some responsibility seeming as they are the ones partnering with a fraudulent company and providing the services. Also they have an application to strike of the register and close on companies house which means we all lose legal rights against such companies if this goes through . Guys please object to this company striking off by emailing into companies house and providing the reason for objection so they stay liable to pay us rebates and can be held legally liable.
