Purchased an airline ticket with FARESHARE. I didn’t get the eticket email so I called to be told “you bought too cheap of a ticket and AA wouldn’t take the reservation.” FARESHARE had the money that I paid for the ticket and of course…it was non-refundable so I either accepted a RT ticket for another $300.00 OR they could get me a one way ticket to the destination with the $300.00 dollars I had in “credit.” It felt like a scam and I told them. The agent that helped me, worked hard to get me the best option available to use up my credit. **don’t purchase discount tickets from here.
