I have an issue about a google play gift card that it’s not working since 3 February which is 2 weeks and they told me that it will be refunded but that’s wrong and everytime they are repeating the same words ways, they didn’t change the order or refund anything and they closed the issue ticket without solving the problem, ok you don’t want to change the order with a working card or refunding it, don’t do, but that’s disrespectful with your costumers. Totally scam, not recommended.
