I’ve placed an order for 3 bottles of Let’s Keto BHB Gummies at $49.95 per bottle, shipping was going to free and paid on the 1st of January 2023 and immediately got an email letting me know what I have orderd, at how much. In that email I was also promised that I will get an email with a tracking number of my shipping. Late at night around 23:00, (South African time) I got a bank notification of money debited by 360nutrients on the notification they appeared as ” Supplements Globe” I immediately sent an email enquiring about the money they took from my bank without my knowledge or authorization. I am struggling to get assistance from 360nutrients.net’s live chat. I’ve been sending emails with no response. I called them and the phone was answered by a guy he said his name is Andy. While talking to him, I ran out of airtime on my cellphone, he told me to get to their website :360nutrients.net, of which I did and got to their Live Chat.In those chats, I requested them to cancel my order and refund me. I was told that the refund request form will be sent to me, actually it was being sent while we were chatting. Up until this minute, their email has not yet come through. I’ve tried to chat again with them since 03:00, there’s no response. I’m starting to suspect it is a scamI need assistance to get my money back.
