Getting threatened again of closing my account and blocking my email for asking about the verification process and when I can withdraw my money.This company is just a scam, my bank started an international investigation and will be contacting 1xbet (or already did not sure) and will see their response, they took responsibility of this issue and legally took evidence of the existence of my account, the amount of money I have in it, the amount of money I deposited, and its date, the back and forth emails with the security team. Ignoring the documents I sent and my bank confirmed that those are the only required documents for verification and it looks like they will be blocking all CIBC accounts holders from depositing any amount to 1xbet.That’s what happens when you have a bad customer service that ignores customers. I didn’t win any amount and just asking to withdraw even less than what I deposited. Over a month later, I’m still waiting with getting threats from the security team of closing my account like it’s just some game not something I put real money in.This is the worst experience I ever had with a bookmaker ever, thanks to Canadian law I can at least have someone to defend my case .
